Yogi Drink containerfabriek - Nigeria

Commissioned by Scherjon, Onesto Construction realized a unique project: the construction of an entire factory built entirely from five shipping containers. We assembled these containers and modified them to form a fully functional installation designed for the production of Yogi Drink. The project required a high degree of precision and cooperation, as each container had to function independently and connect seamlessly with the other modules. During the construction phase, we transformed the containers step by step into an integrated factory. All structural modifications, penetrations, installation positions, and internal finishes were carried out with great care, ensuring that the final setup met the required technical and functional specifications. During an open day at the Onesto site.

During an open day at the Onesto Construction site, the complete factory was presented in full operational condition. Yogi Drink was actively produced on-site, providing clear insight into the functionality and efficiency of the entire process.

After completion of the work and the associated quality checks, the entire factory was shipped to Nigeria, where it was put into operation for the production of Yogi Drink. This project demonstrates how modular construction and technical expertise come together in a flexible and internationally deployable solution.

Modular Container Factory

Onesto Construction built a complete Yogi beverage factory for Scherjon from five joined shipping containers. Each container was modified, assembled, and technically prepared so that together they formed a fully functional production line. The modular factory was fully tested in our workshop and demonstrated in operation during an open day. After quality checks, the installation was shipped to Nigeria, where it is now in use. The project shows how modular construction and craftsmanship lead to flexible, internationally deployable solutions.

Cheese-making equipment for Marieke Gouda

Following the successful collaboration on the modular Yogi beverage factory, Onesto Construction was once again awarded a special contract by Scherjon. This time, it involved the construction of a complete cheese washing facility with a conveyor belt and integrated rinsing tunnel for Marieke Gouda, an artisanal but high-quality cheese producer in Wisconsin, United States.

The entire installation was constructed in our workshop, where all structural components, frames, moving parts, and technical equipment were carefully manufactured and assembled. The cheese press, conveyor belt, and rinsing tunnel had to fit together perfectly and were therefore constructed with great care and technically prepared for the final production environment in America.

After construction and final assembly in the Netherlands, the entire installation was transported to Wisconsin by Scherjon and Onesto and installed on site. We were also involved in setting up and adjusting the line on site, ensuring that the complete press installation was correctly integrated into Marieke Gouda's production area.

The result is a robust, efficient, and fully customized cheese-making installation that is used daily in Wisconsin. This project clearly demonstrates how the collaboration between Scherjon and Onesto Construction leads to high-quality technical solutions that are applied internationally.

Customized brine bath for Scherjon

Following previous successful collaborations, Onesto Construction was once again commissioned by Scherjon to build a fully customized brine bath for cheese production. This brine bath was designed and manufactured by us according to Scherjon's technical specifications and is intended for a dairy producer in Algeria. Thanks to the combination of durable stainless steel, a hygienic finish, and precise construction, the brine bath meets all the requirements that apply within international dairy processing.

Milk Reception - Ethiopia

For a dairy project in Ethiopia, Onesto delivered a complete and robust milk reception installation, designed for reliable operation under local conditions. The installation forms the starting point of the dairy process and was built with a strong focus on hygiene, ease of use, and durability. Each day, raw milk is received safely and efficiently, filtered, and pumped to the next processing stages. The stainless steel reception tanks, hygienic piping, and powerful pumps ensure a controlled product flow and minimal product loss. Thanks to its well-considered design, the installation is easy to clean and maintain—essential in an environment where continuity is critical. With this project, Onesto contributes to strengthening the local dairy chain: improved milk handling leads to less waste, higher product quality, and increased income for dairy farmers in the region.

Milk Reception - Ethiopia
